Abdullah Saleem who got pepper sprayed by the police during last night’s protest is in a serious condition. According to sources he is breathing through a ventilator and is in the intensive care unit of IGMH.

Spokesperson of JP Ali Solih said that even though people protested near Kunooz they did not create unrest and the police hurt them even though they obeyed the police. Saleem’s family stated that he is in a serious condition and that he cannot even breathe.

Some sources say that the police HQ was commanding to do whatever it takes to disperse crowds during last night’s protest. Even the journalists saw that they used excessive force while breaking up the protest.
