ADK Hospital has launched a service called ADK at Home, a service dedicated for senior citizens.

Under this program, doctors will make home visits to people above the age of 65. The service has three packages: green, yellow and red.

Ahmed Afaal the managing director of ADK said that green package is the basic package and even under that package doctors will make home visits. Yellow is the second category and red is the final category which has the most number of services.

He said that they introduced these packages after conducting some preliminary visits to houses. He said that under these packages the customers will get same services as someone who is visiting the hospital.

Afaal said that there will be a subscription fee and a monthly fee for these packages. The subscription fee of green package is MVR4500 and the monthly fee is MVR900. The subscription free of yellow package is MVR4000 and the monthly fee is 1200 Rufiyaa. The subscription fee of the red package is 3500 Rufiyaa and the monthly fee is 1500 Rufiyaa.

He said that once the customer subscribes to these packages ADK specialists will always monitor the patient.
