“BML Wow Kidz Run” held

The “BML Wow Kidz Run”, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, was held in Male’ friday morning. This is an annual event organised by leading fitness group TFGin partnership with BML. The run began at 6.20 am and just under 600 children spanning the ages of 3-9 years participated along with a parent or guardian.
The different age groups started from three different BML branches in Male’. BML CEO and MD Andrew Healy blew the whistle to officially inaugurate the run outside the Bank’s Main Branch.
All age groups finished the run at Rasfannu Artificial Beach at approximately 6:50am where medals were awarded to all participants at a colourful ceremony. Each participant also received a specially themed BML Gift Card worth MVR 100. They can be used at any retail outlet in Maldives with a POS system. The Gift Card can also be used as the initial deposit when opening a BML Kids’ Saver Account.
