Health Minister Abdullah Nazim have said that Nims Hospital of India has ensured that once the Kulhudufushi Hospital is developed to tertiary level people from Male’ will be taken there.
The minister said that if everything goes as planned, the hospital will be go under huge developments. He said that since there are international flights between Trevendrum and Hanimadhoo, it will be easy for doctors as well.
In addition, the minister said that the government has no plans to run another hospital with a foreign management but said that it is an option for the tertiary hospital that is being developed at Addu City.
