HPA have stated that in the past 4 days number of people who reported with common cold has decreased but 14 people has been tested positive for H1N1 yesterday.
A report by HPA states that 23 people were tested yesterday and so far 460 people has been tested. Out of all the tested people 169 people were found to be positive to H1N1.
Among those who were positive to H1N1 33 people were admitted at hospital. Last Monday 1440 people consulted doctors after getting common cold and yesterday the figure decreased to 1337.
Yesterday 867 people from the atolls received medical services. So far two Maldivians and a foreigner has passed away due to H1N1. Government has assured that H1N1 will be under control in no time.
