MEGA Maldives Airlines wishes to clarify readers with reference to recent news articles that speculate the sale of the Company, changes to its share and ownership structure. MEGA Maldives Airlines is presently undergoing a restructuring of its core business, and bringing about changes to the Organization and Management of the Company, as mentioned in its own press release dated 31 August 2016.

However, to date the company has not traded any shares to any onshore or offshore business entities or individuals either foreign or local. Such an endeavor will be undertaken with due process and in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Maldives and in line with the Company’s declared policy.
