Youth Minister Irthisham Adam have said that in the first three year’s of president Yameen’s administration more than 67000 jobs have been created.

Speaking at a press conference held at Youth Ministry yesterday, the minister said that 67800 jobs have been created out of the 94000 jobs the president pledged to create. She said that those include more than 3000 jobs from the civil service, 5000 jobs from government corporations and 18000 jobs from the tourism sector.

In addition, she said that more than 6000 jobs were created from the fisheries industry and 34000 jobs were created from various other sectors.
