Health Ministry has contracted developers with upgrading the health center of Kanduhulhudhoo. The total cost of the project is 2.5 million dollars.
The contract was signed in a ceremony held at the health ministry today. Speaking at the ceremony the health minister said that the project should be completed within 220 days and once the project is completed the health center would be expanded.
“Once the project is done, there will be space for an office building and the public health building as well” said the minister. In addition the minister said that even in last year the government spent 1.3 million Rufiyaa on upgrading the health center.
The minister further said that with these upgrades the quality of the services will increase and there will be more facilities as well.
