Health Minister Abdullah Nazim have stated that once the tertiary hospital in Addu is completed, Addu will benefit economically from it as well.

Speaking to the media after checking the progress of the hospital in Addu, minister said that the hospital will be completed by July 2017. He said that the hospital will bring revolutionary changes to the health sector of southern atolls.

Minister Nazim said that with the hospital new businesses will be developed and job opportunities will increase as well. He said that as a result Addu will see economic development
