414 students have completed the photographer training program. This is part of the government’s initiative to train 1000 photographers.

The graduation ceremony of the program was held last night at Dharubaaruge. This program is an important part of the youth manifesto of the government. The purpose of the program is to provide job opportunities for youth. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Economic Development organize the program.

Even now 249 young people are undergoing the training. In addition 178 photographers who completed this program are active in the profession.
