Foreign Minister Dr.Mohammed Asim is in Saudi Arabia for an emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Corporation.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the situation in Yemen and to talk about the missile attacks by Houtis against Saudi Arabia. In addition to Foreign Minister Asim, Maldivian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Abdullah Hameed, Director of foreign Ministry Shahiya Ali Manik, and additional secretory of Foreign Ministry Javid Faisal will take part in the meeting.
Foreign Minister Asim will depart to New York after the OIC meeting.
