The Supreme Court order asking to delay the implementation of the first part of the Supreme Court verdict of February 1st 2018, is almost identical to what MP Nihan said during a recent press conference of PPM.

During the press, Nihan said that even though the court has made a decision regarding the 12 MPs, they will still have to wait. Last night the court ordered to delay the implementation of the previous verdict. So it shows exactly same as what Nihan said.

So this shows that this was well planned by PPM because the AG filed the case to the court yesterday. The only thing Supreme Court did was announcing a verdict which matches what Nihan said during the press.

In addition during the press Nihan said that he believes that the AG will file a case to the Supreme Court requesting to analyze the case of the 12 MPs. That also happened in this manner. So this also shows that PPM planned this in advance and now the court’s role is to execute decisions made by PPM.

Nihan also did not say that the 12 members are not parliament members anymore. The court also did not say that they lost their seats. Only the elections commission stated that they were not MPs anymore.

After that statement by Nihan many believed that the parliament sessions will be held without these members.

Meanwhile, legal experts are questioning the validity of the judgements made by the Supreme Court with a bench of only 3 justices. According to lawyer Ali Hussein, the Supreme Court bench should consists of an odd number of judges including the Chief Justice.
