Former President Yameen’s lawyers have decided to appeal the Criminal Court order on detaining President Yameen until the end of the trial.

The former President was charged with money laundering and the Criminal Court ordered to detain him until the end of the trial after the PG lawyers claimed that he was trying to tamper with evidence. 

According to sources, the former president’s defense lawyers are preparing to appeal the Criminal Court’s order at the High Court.
