Jacinda Ardern the Prime Minister of New Zealand has met with the families of the victims of the Christchurch terror attack while wearing a Hijab.

She spent around an hour in the Canterbury refugee camp and she was in tears. She said that she met with them to show that the people of New Zealand are with the Muslims. “New Zealand is with Muslims and we share their sorrow” said the minister.

Some people criticized her for wearing Hijab while others made Dua for her. Some said that their Dua is to make her wear the Hijab forever.

Speaking to the press after meeting the Muslims, the Prime Minister said that even though the terrorist had the license to carry firearms, he had 5 illegal weapons. “He had 2 semi-automatic guns, 2 shot guns and another weapon that has to be loaded” said the minister.

She said that in 2005, 2012, and 2017 the authorities tried to change the weapons laws of the country and failed, but it should be done this time.

The minister also indicated that Australia had a role in the attack. She said that the border control should be strengthened and the two countries should share information about terrorism more openly.
