ބައެއް މީހުން ބަންޑުން އޮވެ ނިދާތީ އެއީ ކޮންކަހަލަ ކަމެއްތޯ ގިނަ ބައަކު ސުވާލުކުރެއެވެ. ޖަވާބުގަ ބުނަންޖެހެނީ އެއީ ހަމަ ވަރަށް ބޮޑު މައްސަލަ އޮތްކަމެއް ކަމަށެވެ. ތިރީގައިވާ ލިޔުމުން ޖަވާބު ލިބިލައްވާނެއެވެ. އިން ޝާ ﷲ
ރަސޫލް (ﷺ) ވަނީ ބަންޑުން އޮވެ ނިދުން މަނާ ކުރައްވަވައިފައެވެ. ޙަދީޘްފުޅުގައި އައިސްފައިވަނީ "ނަރަކައިގެ އަހުލުވެރިން ތިބޭނީ ބަންޑުން ކަމަށާއި އެއީ ﷲ ތަޢާލާ ކޯފާވެ ވޮޑިގެންވާ ގޮތެއް" ކަމަށެވެ.

ބައެއް މީހުންނަށް ފަސޭހަވުމުން ބަންޑުން އޮވެ ނިދައެވެ. ނަމަވެސް އެއީ މުސްލިމުންނަށް ހުއްދަކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. އަދި ކޮންމެހެން ބޭނުމެއް ޖެހިގެން ނޫނީ ބަންޑުން އޮށޯވެ އޮތުމެއްވެސް ނެތެވެ. އެހެނީ ބަންޑުން އޮތުމަކީ ﷲ ތައާލާ ކޯފާވެ ވޮޑިގަންނަވާ ކަމެކެވެ.
މިކަންކަން ދީނުގައި އޮތް ގޮތް ނުއެނގިތިބެ ކުރެވުނު ނަމަވެސް އެނގުމުން އަވަހަށް އެފަދަ ކަންކަން ކުރުން ހުއްޓައިލާށެވެ! ﷲ ތަޢާލާ ރުހިވޮޑި ނުގަންނަވާނެ އެއްވެސް ކަމެއް ނުކުރާށެވެ.
Takhfah ibn Qays reported:
While I was lying on my belly in the mosque, a man shook me with his foot and he said, “Verily, Allah hates this posture.” I looked up and it was the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.

The reason for this is that it was forbidden by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), who left no good thing but he told us about it and left no evil thing but he warned us against it. Ya’eesh ibn Tihfah al-Ghifaari reported that his father said: “I stayed as a guest with the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) with those of the poor whom he hosted. The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came out in the night to check up on his guests, and saw me lying on my stomach. He prodded me with his foot and said, ‘Do not lie in this manner, for it is a way of lying that Allaah hates.’” According to another report, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) prodded him with his foot and woke him up, and said, “Do not lie like this, for this is how the people of Hell lie.”
