Suhail Ahmed has been appointed as the managing director of Housing Development Corporation. Suhail filled that position even before. He resigned from the position of MD in 2015. He worked at HDC for a long time starting from the day Hulhumale' development project began.
He is an expert in the construction field and served the government for 30 years.
Suhail was appointed to the position by the Privatization and the Corporatization board. The board makes appointments based on the nominations sent by the president.
