Bank of Maldives has announced that the bank earned 277 million Rufiyaa in the last quarter of 2018.
According to the bank, the revenue of the last quarter of 2018 increased by 3% compared to the last quarter of 2017.
The bank’s revenue increased because the bank made profits in all sectors and the amounts of loans issued increased. The bank undertook many projects to expand the bank’s services in the last quarter.
The bank’s recurrent expenditure increased, and loan provision also increased in the last quarter. Since the bank is undergoing the yearly edit, the bank has not revealed the full report for the year 2018.
