Maldives Police Service has sent a summons to Ahmed Nihan Hussein Manik the leader of People’s Progressive Party’s parliamentary group.
It is not clear why he is being summoned but last night a video of him putting a brick in front of the wheel of a police vehicle went viral on social media. Some people claimed that Nihan was obstructing the police vehicle.
Meanwhile, Maldives Police Service also confirmed that they are looking into the matter.
