State Trading Organization (STO) has decided to grant 6 months paid maternity leave the company’s staffs.
In addition, men who work at the company will get one month paid paternity leave.
According to STO, with this change, those who are currently on maternity and paternity leaves will get their leaves extended.
On the occasion of the International Women’s Day President Solih announced that starting from today, all civil servants will get 6 months maternity leave.
