Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has been contracted with developing the harbor of V.Keyodhoo.
The company was contracted with completing the project within 280 days and the project costs 29 million Rufiyaa.
As part of the project, a 362-meter sea wall has to be developed with a 97 meter revetment. In addition, a 212-meter concrete block wall has to be developed. Furthermore, navigation lights and pavement lights need to be installed.
In a ceremony held at the planning ministry, the ministry’s permanent secretary Zeeniya Ahmed Hameedh signed the agreement on behalf of the ministry and CEO of MTCC Hassan Shah signed the agreement on behalf of MTCC.
