State Trading Organization’s (STO) Supermarket has begun sale of onions, potatoes, and eggs.
These products are being sold both in wholesale and in retail. These products are sold at the industrial village of Male’.
According to STO, starting from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, these products will be available at the industrial village. In addition, these products can be bought at retail prices from STO’s supermarket and whole sale from STO’s wholesale center.
STO’s regional outlets will start the sale of these products starting from 27th of this month. In addition, customers will be able to check the products before purchasing in large quantities.
The retail prices are as follows
1 kg of onion : MVR 7
1 kg of potatoes : MVR 8.5
1 egg : MVR 1.50
Whole sale prices are as follows :
Sack of onion : MVR 140
Sack of potatoes : MVR 180
Case of eggs : MVR 270.
In addition those who purchase these items in bulk will get MVR 10 discount.
