Finance Ministry of the Maldives has requested the State Owned Enterprises to limit Ramadan enterprises.
Finance Ministry requested to give as specified in the regulations and if it is given less than that amount, then it should be given in next month’s salary.
Employment act states that all Maldivians should get MVR 3000 Rufiyaa before the beginning of Ramadan.
However those on pay leave will not get this allowance.
