Foreign Minister of the Maldives, Abdullah Shahid has departed to Sri Lanka today.
The minister tweeted today saying that he will meet with the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Ranil Wikramsingh and senior politicians of the country.
Foreign Minister Shahid will be the most senior government official to travel to Sri Lanka after the recent terror attacks in the country.
