Customers of Ooredoo and Dhiraagu can now pay Zakat al Fitr online.
According to these two companies, customers can dial a designated code and the service will be available. In addition, Zakat can be paid from the mobile applications of Dhiraagu and Ooredoo as well.
Prepaid customers of Ooredoo can dial *909# and they will be able to pay zakat. Prepaid customers of Dhiraagu should dial *454#.
Islamic Ministry stated that those who wish to pay Zakat online, should do it before 6:00 pm of 27th of Ramadan.
