Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi will address the Maldivian parliament on Saturday the 8th of June.
Modi will become the first foreign head of state to address the Maldivian parliament.
Speaking at a press conference held at the parliament today, the Secretary General of the parliament Mariyam Niusha said that the parliament session will begin at 1845 hours on Saturday.
She further stated that all foreign ambassadors in Maldives and the cabinet ministers will be invited to the session.
