Islamic State has claimed that they have formed a province in India, by the name of Vilaya of Hind. This announcement was made by official channels of IS.
After Indian army killed fighters in Kashmir, IS claimed they the fighters belong to them.
According to some analysts, since they IS was defeated in Iraq and Syria it is likely that they will try to strengthen their activities in India.
