Judicial Service Commission of the Maldives has suspended Justice Abdullah Didi, of Supreme Court and Hassan Saeed the chief judge of the Family Court.
In addition, the JSC also decided to dismiss Ibrahim Rasheed a magistrate at Gdh.Thinadhoo Court.
The JSC’s session was chaired by Abdullah Areef. New members of the commission, Speaker of the parliament Mohammed Nasheed, AG Ibrahim Riffath, and MP Hisan Hussein took part in the meeting. In addition the commission’s Vice President Masthoor Husny, and other members of the commission were in the meeting.
