Supreme Court of the Maldives has ordered to confiscate former Vice President Ahmed Adheeb’s passport.
The court ordered to confiscate his passport after the state requested to confiscate it as the state has appealed the high court’s verdict to annul the embezzlement charges against him.
At the moment Adheeb is India for medical treatment.
