Speaker of the parliament, President Nasheed has met with Chief Justice of the Maldives Dr.Ahmed Abdullah Didi.
The two of them met during a time the parliament is trying to bring reforms to the judiciary.
Parliament members are of the view that the Supreme Court is using powers not granted to the court by the constitution.
