Hassan Lutfy the president of the Anti-Corruption Commission has resigned. He resigned on 25th June 2019.
Lutfy resigned during a time the parliament was planning to take a vote to remove him.
It has been 2 months since Hassan Lutfy hasn’t attended the meetings of the ACC and ACC stated that he did not inform where he is living now.
Maldives Police Service is investigating him for money laundering.
