Dr.Shaheem Ali Saeed the advisor to the secretary general of OIC has been appointed as the head of the Islamic Encyclopedia project which is being implemented by the OIC and Sawt-Al-Hikma.
Dr.Shaheem will head a research team from various countries.
The encyclopedia will include the holy Quran, Hadhees, life of the prophet Mohammed and information about Islamic culture. It will be translated to various languages.
