Government has decided to relocate the Coral Boulevard project to Hulhumale’ as President Solih decided not to conduct anymore housing projects in Male’.
Housing Minister Athifa Shakoor said that the government has arranged a beach front land in Hulhumale’ to conduct the project which is even larger than the plot they had in Male’ Rasfannu area.
The land plot from Hulhumale has 129,000 square feet while the land allocated in Male’ is 70,000 square feet.
The minister said that the land will be given from Hulhumale’ phase 1 and it has a sea view. In addition the minister said that the people who already booked apartments from the project can work through the ministry if they want refunds. She said that so far no one has filed any complaints.
She said that those who want to refund or complain about any issues, they can email the ministry.
