Nabah resigns from the broadcasting commission

Hassan Nabah has resigned from the Broadcasting Commission of the Maldives.

He was appointed to the position on 5th April 2016. He resigned from the position few days after member Ismail Sofwan also resigned from the commission. Sofwan resigned after the parliament committee decided to dismiss him. 

The commission consists of 7 members and 5 members are remaining in the commission. They are President of the Commission Mohammed Shaheem, VP Fathimath Zaina, Amjadh Waheedh, Aminath Sarahath, and Zeena Zahir. The parliament committee has also decided to remove Fathimath Zaina from the commission.
