Aminath Minna the only female member of the Anti Corruption Commission has been appointed as the Vice President of the commission.
She was elected to the position through a vote among the members. The VP position became vacant after the previous VP Muavviz Rasheed got elected as the president of the commission after the president of ACC, Hassan Lutfy resigned.
The term of most of the members in ACC will end in 2 months.
