Maldives Customs Service has seized 1.52 kilograms of drugs from a Maldivian who arrived in the Maldives today from Sri Lanka.
According to Customs Service a 25 year old Maldivian who arrived on 16th August was searched after suspicious behavior and drugs were found from his luggage.
The drugs were tested positive for heroin and it has a street value of 1 million Rufiyaa.
Maldives Police Service is now investigating the case.
