Yumna Maumoon the daughter of former President Maumoon has tweeted saying that her father is in a stable condition now and thanked everyone for the well wishes.
He was admitted at the hospital earlier today to under go some respiratory tests.
The former President celebrated his 82nd birthday yesterday.
