Chinese Ambassador to Maldives H.E Zhang Lizhong stated that more assistance from China will come to Maldives soon.
In a tweet today he stated that Maldives and China will be together to tide over the difficult time, through enhance cooperation and solidarity and mutual assistance.
The ambassador tweeted in this manner today after a plane full of Chinese donations arrived in the Maldives today.
