A Chinese company has donated 200,000 face masks to the Maldives.
A tweet by the foreign ministry of Maldives states that, 200,000 masks donated by Tellhow International Engineering and Contracting Company of China has arrived in the Maldives.
These masks will be used by frontline workers in the Maldives.
Since the covid-19 epidemic began, the Chinese government and various companies in China has been donated medical equipment and other forms of aid to the Maldives.
