22 participants have completed the Dhiraagu Apprenticeship program.
This program is conducted by Dhiraagu to familiarize and train the youth for the work environment. In a ceremony held at Hotel Jen, Education Minister Dr.Aishath Shiham and the chairman of Dhiraagu Mohammed Ashmalee handed over certificates to participants who completed the program.
Dhiraagu gives opportunity to youth aged between 18 and 25 to take part in the program every year. Those who want to take part in the program should have three A ‘level passes and should not have a permanent job.
The participants will be trained by supervisors and managers who work at Dhiraagu. This is the 9th year since Dhiraagu started the program.
