Ooredoo Maldives showcases Digital Customer Experience Solutions at Mobile World Congress, unveils exciting updates for Ooredoo Next & Magey Plan.

Ooredoo Maldives has showcased its Digital Customer Experience Solutions at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain; as part of Ooredoo Group’s demonstration of a wide range of transformative advanced and emerging technology solutions, held under the theme of “Enriching People’s Digital Lives”.

The company also unveiled exciting updates to its popular digital customer experience solutions; Ooredoo Next and Magey Plan, which will be available in Maldives in March 2018.

Supported by a real-time API platform featuring artificial intelligence and machine learning, Ooredoo Next allows mobile users to easily engage with Ooredoo inside social media channels, where customers spend most of their internet time. Together with Silicon Valley tech company FastForward.ai ,Ooredoo Maldives revealedthe next phase for Ooredoo Next on Viber app, which will be available in the Maldives, in March 2018.
Ooredoo Maldives also launched an exciting upgrade to its Magey Plan platform at the Mobile World Congress, with exciting features enabled by artificial intelligence based predictive technologies. The update to Magey Plan includes:
o Customers can now gift Ooredoo add-ons (data, SMS, calls, IDD) to friends and family, via Magey Plan.
o Customers can enter a specific budget and will be provided with details of the best available plan based on the available amount at hand.
o Recommendations of best-selling plans through Magey Plan, powered by AI technology.
Version 2.0 of Magey Plan platform will be available to all Ooredoo customers in the Maldives, during the first week of March, 2018.
