Abdullah Fahmee, the man who was arrested regarding Xin Yuan 18 the oil tanker which was found breaching UN sanctions by transferring goods to a North Korean Tanker, has been accused of conspiring to topple the government, in addition to many other charges.

According to sources, Fahmee is being suspected of paying different people to topple the government, encouraging acts of terrorism, forging official documents, bribery, forging a stamp of a state authority and using it.
