STO has met with the shareholders of the company to discuss about the proposed amendments to the company’s administrative regulations.
The meeting was held yesterday at Hotel Jen restaurant and main shareholders and privatization board also took part in the meeting. In addition, public shareholders also took part in the meeting and gave their input.
According to STO the amendments will be passed in the next annual general assembly of the company.
