Bank of Maldives has started a promotion which allows customers to win back their soft loans. According to BML, this promotion will be conducted in April. They stated that customers can process the loans within 5 days and the loan will be available for any purpose.
Only those who were employed for the last 12 months are eligible for the loan and also must be employed with the current employer for more than 6 months.
According to BML, among the applicants from this month a draw will be taken, and that person will win back the loan.
The Lui Express loan of BML offers up to 50,000 Rufiyaa. The loan has an 18 percent interest rate and if it is taken with a collateral the interest will be 11.75 percent. The loan can be repaid in 4 years.
