Criminal Court has ordered to place MP Mahloof under house arrest till the end of his trial. The state is charging Mahloof with terrorism after he protested near Maafushi Jail.
Speaking about the case his lawyer Nazim Sattar said that it is questionable because only Mahloof is being charged regarding the protest.
While Mahloof was changed to house arrest today, previously he was detained because he distributed masks for protestors.
