Islamic University of the Maldives has held the university’s graduation ceremony last night.
In last night’s ceremony 646 students graduated and that included 46 post-graduate students. This was a huge achievement considering IUM is the youngest university in the Maldives.
In addition, 342 students graduated with certificate level courses, 105 bachelor students, 88 diploma students, and 62 students who completed post-graduate in diploma courses.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chancellor of IUM Dr.Mohamed Shaheem Ali advised the students to contemplate often and to live and learn as instructed in the Holy Quran.
