Deputy Leader of JP Abdullah Kamalaudheen have said that the biggest duty for Maldivians today is to investigate crimes committed by senior government officials.
Speaking at a rally held by the opposition in AA.Rashoo last night, he said that even though many senior government officials have confessed to committing crimes and various reports also show that they have committed crimes, their cases are not being investigated because the independent institutions are not investigating these cases. He said that the opposition is trying to investigate it and that they will find a way.
Abdullah Kamalauhdheen said that the biggest aim of a government should be to unite the people and that the current government could not do it. He said that the Maldivian society is divided to a level never experienced in the history of Maldives.
