MP of Dhiggaru constituency Faaris Maumoon has been taken to IGMH today to take an MRI scan of his arm. He has now been taken back to jail.
His lawyer’s say that his arm was injured last March after the police tried to drag him out of his jail cell to illegally interrogate him.
Faaris is being charged with bribery, terrorism and false impersonation. Trials of some of the charges has begun and some are about to end now.
