Deputy Leader of JP, Abdullah Kamaaludheen have said that banning JP’s logo and flag is a huge problem because it is very difficult for them to campaign.
He said that the government banned it arbitrarily without referring to any laws. “The flag of Saudi Arabia has a flag. Then can they ban all others from using flags with swords ? That is not how things work” said AK.
The president’s name is Abdullah Yameen. There are many others with that name. Should all of them change their name. Just because his residence is called Hilaaleege all houses in Maldives with that name should change the name too ? asked Abdullah Kamaaluhdheen.
He said that it has been so many days since they filed the case to the court but a decision has still not been made regarding it. He said that he hopes the court will make a just decision before the presidential elections
