MWSC has started laying pipes to connect Male-Hulhumale’ water system.
MWSC tweeted today with a picture of the first pipe. It was laid down near the junction where Ameenee Magu and the CMF bridge joins.
China Harbor Engineering and Construction Company was contracted with installing the pipes through the bridge.
By September, fiber optic cables and water pipes will pass through the bridge to Hulhumale’. The total cost of this project is 24 million Rufiyaa.
