MP for Kendhoo constituency Ali Hussein has submitted the application form to contest in JP primary to nominate a running mate. He submitted his form today.
Other candidates who are contesting in the primary includes deputy leaders of JP Abdullah Ameen, Dr.Hussein Rasheed Hassan and MP Faisal Naseem. So far 4 people are contesting for the position.
The deadline to apply for the position is 4:00 hours on 13th July. Running mate will be selected through a vote of council members. They will take a vote in a council meeting at 9:00 hours on Friday.
